The Success Secret Of Basketball Domination
Today, I'm going to share with you a Little Known
Secret that if you introduce to your life and your game,
the results will be dangerous ( in a good way)
Vamanos cowboy and cowgirls....
This is not hard, but extremely effective and rarely used.
Everyone, me, you, them, cares about themselves.
If I give you a picture, and it has you, me, and a Friend of
yours in it, who do you think you will look for first?
You would look for you first.
This is just an example of how much we care about
ourselves. ( This is good)
But sometimes we focus on ourselves so much we forget
others. ( This is bad)
The number one phrase in the world that is used the most
frequent is... that's right you guest it, I WANT!
If you pay attention, you will here this everyday, all day long.
I WANT to play basketball
I WANT to eat
I WANT that car
I WANT Morey
I WANT to go out
I WANT to help you
It's said at least 30 times by every person
every day.
This is OKAY.
But one of the fastest ways for you to get what you
want is to help someone else get what they want.
It's true.
Through out the weekend, notice how many
opportunities you have to help someone else.
It could be small like helping a lady bring her groceries to
the car.
Or, it could be bigger like dedicating your Sunday afternoon
to help Re-paint the local church.
The size of the help is not important but the intention is.
Help someone for no other reason but to help them.
If you notice, this is still aN example of YOU Wanting to do
something.
Except, your helping someone get what they want first.
You'd be amazed at what you'll accomplish if you become
a genuine People Helper.
Have A Terrific Weekend!

The Anatomy Of Basketball Success And Failure
www.GoBasketballPro.com
Before I spoon feed you the key to 'Real Life'
Basketball success and or failure, please be
prepared to forward this 'jammed packed' email
to anyone you know that might need a little help
and a help full kick in the butt.
They will thank you and so will I.
Let's get moving.
Success or failure.
Discipline or Regret.
They are both your choice and responsibility.
They are!
Hear me loud and clear on this one.
You've got to choose discipline versus regret because
discipline weights ounces and regret weighs tons.
You see, the regret is an accumulated effect a year
form now or two years from now when you didn't do the
easy discipline.
Most ballers, and people for that matter, don't realize
that what they do today, what you do today, will
tremendously effect how you will feel tomorrow.
Don't be one of them. Don't be like this.
Make the change you want in your life right now, so you
will be happy with the decision tomorrow.
Regret or discipline, it's your choice and only your choice.
From now on, when you think of something that you want to do,
or should do, just ask your self this simple question...
" Am I going to not DO this and regret it tomorrow, or do I
have enough discipline right now to make my self happy for
tomorrow?
It's a simple question but yet so power full.
Start working on yourself and who you are and you'll finally
start Producing the results you've been dreaming about.

Basketball Drills That Really Improve Your Game
Freud's Definition Of Insanity....
Dear Baller,
One very important 'key' to your basketball success
that the most dominant all-star kings know, that you
probably don't know, and what is the main cause of your
basketball struggles and underachieving is noticing when
what your doing isn't working.
Stay with me here chloe.
Doing the same thing, the same way, and expecting a
different result is the exact definition of insanity.
So, if your practicing your jump shot a certain way,
and your not improving the way you want or expect, stop
practicing that way and find another way.
If you want an example, look at the Phoenix Suns.
They tried to win with speed, shooting 3's,
and with horrible defense.
That obviously didn't work.
They went out and got Shaq and completely redefined the
way they play and how their going to try to win.
They didn't sit there trying the same way to win.
They knew and realized that what they were
doing was not good enough.
It's a hard bullet to bite, but It's what you
need to realize in order to grow and improve.
And if they wanted to win, they had to change
they way they were trying to win.
So what about you?
1.Are you still trying to practice basketball skills your not
good at?
- That's the best way to destroy your game
2.Have you still not identified your niche and spend as much
time as you can maximizing it?
- That's another great way to underachieve your whole career.
3. Are you still going out and running 2 miles thinking that
will improve your endurance so you won't get tired during the
game?
- Another great way to shoot yourself in the foot.
If you want to really improve your game, without struggle,
with out fear, with out disappointment, and with a whole lot
of Success, stop doing what your doing and find a better way
to practice.
It's just that simple.
You don't need more time.
You don't need to try harder.
You don't need more hours.
You do need a better game plan.

How To Improve 3 point shooting for basketball
I don't know how you feel about 3 point
shooting but I think it stinks.
And here's why-
Let's first look at what 3's can do
and why they are effective.
How can they benefit you and your team.
1-> For starters- you get an extra point.
2-> When you make a 3, it helps build momentum,
the crowd gets excited, your teammates get excited.
3-> It's a great way to get back into a game fast
if your in a hole
4-> It helps spread the court, there are more
driving lanes, driving angles, and it allows for more
room to operate in the paint.
5-> It keeps defenders honest, if your a good 3
point shooter, your defender will be very reluctant
to leave you to double team some one else or be a
help defender.
6-> It's a confidence builder, as I stated in the
2nd benefit, it helps get the crowd involved but
also builds the confidence of the player that made
the 3.
Those are all great benefits that come from making 3's
And there are probably a lot more.
But here's what most coaches and basketball
players don't understand.
1. 3 point shoots obviously have a lower made percentage
2. There are very few players that could really be
considered great or good 3 point shooter's.
3. It takes away from other areas that players are much
better at- example- dwane wade settling for a 3 pointer
instead of driving to the basket, I don't know about you,
but If I'm the head coach of the Miami heat I much rather
see wade drive to the hole then shoot a 3
4. Shooting 3's completely change the pace and time
of a game.
When you shoot 3'S there are less fouls called.
Less fouls called lead to less time to rest.
Less time to rest means faster fatigue.
Faster fatigue means MORE mental and physical mistakes.
More mental and physical mistakes means more chances
and easy opportunities your opponents have to score
and capitalize on your mistakes.
When you shoot three's, it increases the other team's
fast break opportunities- long rebounds, which gives
them more chances to score when you and your team's
not prepared or in position.
It also helps your opponents fast break opportunities
because most of the time the player that is guarding
the shooter that shot the three will leak out in
front and very often you see that player that was
guarding the shooter get a wide open lay up on a fast
break due to not getting back quick enough.
And, in most cases, when 3's are being shoot, weak
side help and rotation is average at best, meaning
there are less chances of offensive rebounding.
When you drive to the basket, the defense rotates, in most
cases, leaving a small player trying to box out a forward
or a center, if there is any rotation at all.
So by driving the ball you also dramatically improve
the chances of offensive rebounds for your team.
The sixers use to live of the offensive boards
anytime Allen Iverson drove to the basket.
Shooting 3's, and more importantly, making 3's are very
effective and beneficial, just as long as you use it to
your advantage and understand the pros and cons of them.
It can be one of your biggest assets and could help
win a lot of games- phoenix suns- but it cold very well
be one of the major roles played in your team's
destruction and source of underachievement.
If your a good shooter, and your open, and feel confident
enough to not just take the shoot, but make it then by all
means:
SHOOT THE BALL AND MAKE IT.
But if your strongest aspect of the game is driving to
the basket, or shooting 15 footers, then by all means,
take it to the whole with confidence and purpose, make
the other team guard you.
They will fatigue faster, you will build game winning
momentum and dictate the Pace of the game, you will
draw More fouls and create more opportunities for your
teammates while giving your team a great chance of
winning the ball game.
One thing to think about:
When you shoot the ball, do you expect to shoot it, or
do you expect to make it?
Most players just expect to shoot IT, the great ones
expect to make it, and will settle for nothing less.

Basketball Training Is Easier Then You Think
Dear Future Superstar...
Why do you make becoming a good or great
basketball player harder then it really is?
Why do you mimic or copy other ballers that
have no idea what it takes to dominate the
court?
I know, you say to yourself:
"well he's pretty good"
So I'm just going to do what he does.
Biggest mistakes of your life.
Just because he does what he does,
doesn't mean it works.
Let me explain.
We are all different. You. Me. They.
Are different.
Everyone has different goals.
There is no perfect plan.
All there is, is your plan.
When I played in high school, I didn't
want to be like everybody else.
I didn't want the same results.
I didn' want average results.
I figured, instead of doing what everybody
else does and watch as the same results float
in , I'm going to do the opposite of what
every body else does so I can get better
results.
"Rali, I see where your going, can you give me some examples?"
No Problem Doc.
You see, the majority practices what their not good at.
Great way to waste a bunch of time.
The All-Star practices what they're good
at and they turn what they'realready good
at into a secret, game dominating weapon that
transforms into something that they're GREAT
at.
I don't know about you, but I much
rather be GREAT at ONE thing than
average or okay at 3 or 4 things.
The average never has a plan, they
just do whatever comes to mind.
The All-Stars can't live without
a plan and stick to it religiously.
The hopeful waits to be accepted and
for some one to give them permission.
The greats wait for no one and give
them self all the permission they
need to get what they want.
I could keep going, but hopefully
you see where I'm heading with this.
Don't be like everybody else.
Fact is:
1 out of every 450,000 college basketball
players get a chance to play in the NBA.
There's a reason why that ONE baller gets to the NBA.
He's not the same as everybody else.
He's different.
He's a lot different.
I' ll leave you with something that
I live with and stand by EVERYDAY.
" If you want unusual results, you have to be unusual"
Playing in the NBA, or even playing
college ball is definitely unusual.
You have to be different if you
want different results.
Following what every body else does ,
but expecting and hoping for different
results, is, well, the definition of
insanity. ( sorry to have to be so blunt) :-)
Be different and you will be great.
Be the same and you will blend in with
everybody else and lost in the world of
similarity. ( not good)
Your Life long basketball coach
Rali Todd
PS- www.gobasketballpro.com is definitely different, it's
not that ' fluff ' stuff you're used to. It's NO BS basketball
training that will take your game to the top just like it
already has for over 1,000 basketball players.
Action Step for today-
Don't wait for people or someone to
qualify you for what you want. Go take it without the need
of someone saying that you're " Good Enough" to have it.
You are Good enough.
I know that.
You Know that.
The 15,000 people that are reading
this email right now know that too.
They're applauding you right now.

Ball With Your Heart, Think With Your Mind
This installment of My " Untold Basketball Secrets"
newsletter is very important to the development and
improvement of your game.
So Pay attention!
Bring your seat in. ( a little closer)
Buckle up cowboy.
What does "Ball With Your Heart, Think With Your Mind"
mean to you?
Think about it for a second...
Your heart is where your passion, motivation,
commitment and feelings are held.
It's what gets you out of bed each day.
It's what pushes you further every moment.
It's the one part of your body that "won't" give up.
It's the feeling you get when you hit a game
winning shot.
It's the power that runs all the energy in and
out of your body.
But what about your mind.
Well your mind is where all the " I can't, I won't,
there's no way" dream destroyers lay.
Slaying dreams left and right.
Like a Paid assassin
If you let it, your mind will be the destruction
of your life.
Many people can attest to this.
So what I'm asking you to do is, play with your heart.
Don't let the clutterness or evilness of your
mind tell you what you can or can't do.
People have always aid, " If you have love for the game"
you will be successful.
Let your heart be the leader of your live.
Let it disperse love, commitment, joy, and
happiness all over your life and everything
that you do.
Defeat someone AND you will be a winner
Defeat yourself and you will be a leader.
Defeat someone and you have won the war.
Defeat yourself and there is no war.
Allow your heart to be the guider of your life.
Let it be the savor of bad times, disappointment,
and struggles.
Use it when your mind says, " I don't feel like it"
Your heart will guide you to greatness, you
just can't let your mind guide you to destruction
first.

Why This Will Stop You From Basketball Success
Remember this.
Write it down somewhere.
Memorize It.
***** Every Level of talent Demands A New You.
It took me years to really 'get' this lesson, but
when I did, it helped me sprint to my goals and
achieve bigger accomplishments.
When I was struggling, bad, for years, I wanted to
become an All-Star baller, what I had no clue of
then was that I didn't have the knowledge base or
skill sets to reach this goal.
It wasn't that I wasn't trying hard enough.
Commitment wasn't the problem.
Work ethic wasn't the problem.
Talent wasn't the problem.
I had all the talent I needed.
I just didn't have the knowledge to unleash that
talent and become the all-star fans come to watch,
opponents run and duck from, and the coach calls on
to lead the team to victory.
I had no idea how much growing I had to do before I
started to see the results I wanted.
Remember this:
The only time result comes before work is in the dictionary.
Read That Again ********
The only time result comes before work is in the dictionary.
Let me explain.
I wasn't the right type of person yet.
I didn't know how to be, think, or act
like a successful Hoops Star.
I didn't stay focused for long enough
periods of times.
I expected things to happen immediately and
if they didn't I thought that was 'failure'.
Looking back on those days, I can only
laugh at myself.
What was I thinking. Yikes.
I knew I had to grow.
I asked myself:
What do I need to know and who do I need to
BE to Turn into a "Talk of the town" basketball
Stud?
Ask yourself that same question.
Put in any Basketball Goal you want.
Or any personal Goal. It Doesn't have to be basketball.
Remember, people form habits and habits form futures.
Read That Again******
Remember, people form habits and habits form futures.
Work on who you need to BE FIRST.
Become that person BEFORE the Results show up.
I'd read that sentence again.
Every level of talent demands a different you.
Start being that YOU now.
Get the basketball Knowledge, stay motivated, get going.
Remember, 'being' comes first.
You can do it (obviously). We both know that.
Your Coach,
Rali Todd

One Thing That Will Destroy Any Basketball Dream
I'm writing you today to confess.
This is not about promoting my programs.
This is not about trying to sell you anything.
If you were interested in buying one of my programs,Don't buy it until tomorrow.
Today, I want you to think about and focus on one thing.
I'm not perfect.
I will never be perfect.
I know I'm not here for everybody, I'm here for somebody.
Some people love my stuff and others dislike it.
I don't know why they don't like it, and to be honest, I don't care.
I only focus on the ballers and people that want my help , not the ones that don't want my help.
I want to make sure you understand one very important thing.
I was thinking earlier today about the one thing that would stop me.
The one thing that would prevent me from achieving my dreams.
The one thing that would not allow me to live the life I want.
And the only answer I could come up with is:
Not taking action.
By not taking action, Nothing will get accomplished.
These things will destroy any dream:
- laziness
- procrastination
- failure to act
You see, I have always felt like I have the talent to accomplish anything.
But for a few years of my life procrastination was my best friend.
Now I look back and say, man, why didn'tyou just stop and say:
"I will not allow my laziness to be the reason for failure."
Since then I have tried very hard to get things going and worry about getting them right later
.I have made a commitment to NO longer allow my fears be the leader of my life.
I have decided that procrastination and laziness will no longer keep me hostage.
And if you decide the same thing today, you to will achieve any goal or dream you have laid out for yourself.
It's not easy.
And it definitely requires work.
But what doesn't?
I want you to be great.
I know you can be great.
Win because you can.
Be strong because you are.
Challenge yourself because you should.
I hope you make the decision I have made.
If you do:
The Life you want will be the life you experience.

Can Michael Jordan Do This?
I want to say thanks.
It's an honor for me to help you.
I wake up every mourning trying to figure out how I can help you the most.
Either with my programs or newsletters.
I thank you.
On we go...
I got an email the other day that said that I was wrong about MJ not being an all-star when he first came into the league.
I know MJ was not the worst player, but he definitely was not an all-star when he first started.
At least not in my mind.
He might have scored a bunch of points but that's not what I mean when I say All-Star.
An All-star is a leader.
A teacher.
A person who sacrifices his goals for others.
Someone who will put his teams success in front of their personal achievement.
MJ was not like that when he first started.
Neither was
Kobe
Shaq
Iverson
Ewing
Carter
Nash
Tmac
You get my point.
It's something you learn.
You don't get it at the beginning.
But after time you finally see the big picture.
Here's something that almost everyone( not just basketball players) don'tunderstand.
**** The invisible creates the visible.
Read That Again
**** The invisible creates the visible.
What's inside of you will create the outside of you.
The play you just made does not create the player you are.
The player you are creates the play you just made.
The car you drive, the clothes you where, the house you live in does not create who you are.
Who you are creates the car you drive, the clothes you wear and the house you live in.
So many people live life completely backwards and it just frustrates me to see it.
That's why I decided to help people.
YOU!
And that's why http://www.gobasketballpro.com/ was made.
Understand this:
The drills you perform does not make the player you are.
But the information you know makes the player you are.
Remember, The Invisible Creates The Visible.
The knowledge that you know ( invisible) will create the results ( visible) that you see and get.
If you fully understand this you will be 100 steps ahead of everyone else.

" I'm gona make this very clear. With the information I found in http://www.gobasketballpro.com/, I was able to go from a bench warmer to an all-star. And the funny thing is I'm actually practicing less now then what I was doing before I found this information."

Did Roger Clemens Take Steroids?
Like most of you, I have heard nothing but this Roger Clemens things for the past couple of days.
I think most of the people are missing the big picture.
Like what kind of monster is professional sports.
I really don't care if he took steroids or not.
Just the fact that it is even a problem is outrageous to me.
I can't believe that the game and fans are having to deal with this problem.
I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but I never thought sports would ever get this low
of a point.
To pay as much money for tickets, shoes, spots wear and the outrageous prices of stadium food and beverages, it's mind boggiling that athletes allow the fans to see them dis respect the sport so much.
If he took steroids, that's soemthing he is going to have to deal with and face.
It's just really bad for the sport with so much negative issues.
It diminishes the sport greatly and takes away a lot of credibility.
I would love to hear your opinion on the matter.

What Seperates The Shark From The Tuna
As your probably fully aware.
In life there are leaders and there are followers.
Everyone will die.
But only some people will live.
It is the same in basketball.
It is the same in the ocean.
Some people have chosen to be great, while others have chosen to be average.
Some have taken full responsibility of their life and their actions.
Others will continually blame everyone elsefor their problems or results.
He fouled me.or
I wasn't warmed up properly. or
My coach didn't play me enough. or
I didn't get the ball. or
I was late because of traffic. or
It's his fault we lost.
Excuses, Excuses, Excuses.
They will get you no where.
Think abut it.
Do you think MJ Complained and allowed other people to run
and dictate his life.Or did he take full control and responsibility
by taking the necessary action to achieve hisgoals and dreams.
What about Kobe, Lebron, Iverson, Carmelo,Magic, Bird, Tmac,
Carter, or Wilkins.Stop complaining and start acting.
Stop blaming others for your results and takefull responsibility.
( even when something goes wrong)
It is your life.
So act like it.
You don't have to get it right, you justhave to get it going.
Was Kobe an ALL-star when he first entered the league? No!
Was MJ? No!
Was Michael Redd? No!
Was Ben Wallace? No!
Was Steve Nash? No !
Was Jermaine O'Neal? No!
Was Phil Jackson a 6 Time World Champion whenhe
first started coaching? No!
If you remember anything today, let it be this:
" You may only have one moment to shine, but you have all day to prepare for it"
Get out there and be 1% greater today then you were yesterday.
Try 1 % harder.
Give 1 % more.
Take 1% LESS.
Do one thing that you don't want to do,but if you did, it would
move you closer to your goals and dreams.
No one can stop you form smiling 25% more than you did yesterday.
No one can stop you form trying 25% more than you did yesterday.
You can be great.
We both know that. :-)

How To Improve Your Game Over The Holidays
On we go.
You can guarantee that 99 % of the ballers in the world will probably be taking the next week or two completely off. Most schools have the next two weeks off and most of the coaches rarely schedule any practices, most of the time open gym's if anything.
This Is Great news for you.
It Is.
The holiday break that is coming up is the besttime for you to work on your game.
Why?
Because most of the basketball players will belaying on their couch, playing video games, having fun with their new car, or stuffing theirface with all the holiday food.
But you won't be, right?
I have a perfect practice plan for you to use over the next two weeks that will guarantee your game will be on fire when the season starts again, while all your teammates and opponents are tryingto round back in to shape.
As you may know already, one of the most important aspects of basketball I am always stressing is defining and developing your niche.
Your niche is what you do best.
Your niche is what separates you form the other baller.
Your niche is something you do great, not good, but great.
Your niche is the secret key to turning all yourbasketball goals into reality.
Without a niche, you have a better chance at making 56 half court shoots in a row than you do trying to dominate the court.Do you understand how important it is for you to have a niche and develop it to its max?
Good.
Well here's what you can do over the holidaybreak to guarantee you will dominate the court while every one else will be struggling.
I want you to spend 1 hour each day working on your niche.
Forget about every things else.
If your niche is not shooting, then don't shoot.
If your niche is not ball handling, then don't dribble.
If your niche is not defense, then don't spend anytime playing defense.
But if your niche is rebounding, do every rebounding drill you know and find someone who is a great rebounder and try and get every board from them.
It's very simple.
If you spend the next week or two working on something that you are good at and something that you actually like doing.By the time you play another game, your coach, teammates, parents, fans and opponents will be wondering how did you improve so much in only 2 weeks.
Don't believe me, go out and do it and you'll see.
While your improving your game 100 % every one else will be taking a break.
When every one comes back and struggles, you will be on fire.
Just think, if you spend just one hour a day for the next 2 weeks working on only one component of basketball, that would amount to 14 hours.
How much do you think you would improve if you worked on shooting for 14 hours.
Or ball handling for 14 hours.
Or rebounding for 14 hours.
Or defense for 14 hours.
Great!
Especially when the other ballers on your team are probably only going to get one or two hours in over the whole break.
I hope you have a wonderful holidays.

PS- How Would You Like To Do This:
Hey Rali, I couldn't believe how great your program is. I was playing a scrimmage against one of the best teams in my league. They had all their players there and they did their best, which didn't matter. I was awesome.
I was like a Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Tracy mcgrady, and kinda like a Vince carter under the hoop. I was awesome during that game, even though it was a scrimmage.
I Had:
11 Points
3 Steals
1 Block
6 Rebounds
17 Assists
My team was on fire last night. We also scored around 70 points that game. This Thursday is my first game of the season against the best team in the league. Can't wait. Just recently I have been using a local gym using your drills you gave me and just after one day I felt a HUGE improvement.
Thanks soo muchPatrick Lank

How To Pratice For Basketball Improvement

With so many drills and different ways to practice to improve your game, you could very easily get confused and frustrated trying to compile a perfect practice plan. Some of the main components I have always stressed with all my private basketball clients, whether they are beginners or a NBA Veteran, is to try and train smarter and not just harder.
Make Sure You Visit www.gobasketballpro.com and discover a FREE gift that will allow for you to dominate the court so fast it will make your head spin.
I have outlined a Practice plan that I use to structure all of my Pro Clients workouts, they are very effective and time efficient. The practice will last approximately 1 hour and will begin with a Sports Warm-Up.
Basketball conditioning ( 10 minutes)
I have always like jumping right into some conditioning drills as my players perform better when we get conditioning done at the beginning of practice. Many practices, the exercise or drills will change and vary, but the principles remain the same. I usually compile 6 conditioning drills that we will perform only once, but at 100% intensity.
Exercise # 1 suicide ( 30 seconds)
Rest(45seconds)
Exercise # 2 ( machine guns while dribbling a basketball) 30 seconds
Rest (45 seconds)
Exercise # 3 Basketball Pushups with a basketball( 20 seconds on each side)
Rest(45 seconds)
Exercise #4 Full court Defensive slides( 35 seconds)
Rest ( 45 seconds)
Exercise # 5 Net or rim touches ( 30 seconds)
Rest ( 45 Seconds)
Exercise # 6 Push Up Holds ( 45 seconds)
Rest Until 10 minutes is up.
As you can see, if you structure your workouts and practices correctly, you can get a very effective practice in a short period of time. The next 10 minutes will solely focus on shooting. I have a simple rule when trying to improve your shooting.
1. Try not to ever look down at the ball.
2. Try your hardest not to mess up.
3. Involve as much running and movement as you can.
4.When you have mastered a drill, do not continue to do the same drill,
move on to a more challenging drill.
5. Try to incorporate multitasking drills as much as possible, like 2 ball dribbling,
the more you can do at the same time the better.
Follow those rules and you will see a dramatic improvement in your over all game. Now that you have gotten past those stations, it is time now to move on to the most important aspect of the practice.
What Is Your Niche?
This is by far the most over looked aspect in basketball. A niche is what you do best, it is the one thing that you do great, the thing that separates you form the baller next to you. The One thing you can provide the team, and what the coach can count on you for.Without a Niche, you have no identity on the court. If you look at all the Kings in the NBA, you will easily discover their Niche.
Steve Nash- passing
Ben Wallace- Rebounding
Dwayne Wade- attacking the basket
Mike Miller- Shooting
Kobe - Scoring
And the list goes on...
Spend the last 15 minutes working and mastering your niche. Whatever it is, whether it be shooting, rebounding, ball handling, defense, scoring, driving to the basket, 3 point shooting, ect... Work on mastering and improving it. I guarantee you that if you take this outline and use it to structure your workouts and practices, you will have more improvement in a couple of weeks then you probably have had your whole career.

Is Adam Zerner right?
I believe that a championship team needs to have these things in their team...a superstar, supporting role players who know and do their job, chemistry and a good coach.
The heat have their superstar in Dwyane Wade without a doubt. He can score at will while taking good shots but knows how and when to set up his teammates to score too. However, the most underrated part about him is them mental part of his game. He understands his strength and does it extremely well, he is motivated, determined and knows how to accomplish his goals(which is what makes him so successful, he can do whatever he wants as long as he puts his mind to it), and he is confident and plays extremely well under pressure.
They also have the luxury of Shaquille O'Neal who still is an automatic finisher in the paint, requires double and triple teams which set up his teammates and is a very smart basketball player(which is an underrated part of his game). Then they have an outstanding mix of role players. They have seasoned veterans in Alonzo Mourning, Ricky Davis, Penny Hardaway, and Jason Williams who all know and more than fulfill their roles.
They have a good group of young players in which i think at least one or two will have breakout years this year in Udonis Haslem, Dorell Wright, Smush Parker, Daquon Cook and Jeremy Richardson.
Then they have an outstanding head coach in Pat Riley. Think about the teams who recently won championships and the head coaches, Spurs - Greg Popavich, Heat - Pat Riley, Detroit Pistons - Larry Brown, Lakers - Phil Jackson, they all had not only good but hall of fame head coaches. This to me is very underrated.
The last and probably most important and underrated thing that will enable them to win the championship is the right mental attributes. Success in basketball all starts with willingness and desire to work to improve your game, mental toughness to stay focused, knowledge of the important details of the game and having a good attitude are all significant and extremely underrated in the game of basketball and if you really think about it, that is what makes successful basketball players as well as people.
So that's why the MIAMI HEAT are my choice as the 2007-2008 NBA Champions.

Bodyweight Squats
1. Start by placing feet shoulder width apart and holding your arms out in front of you.
2. Proceed to squat down like you are going to sit in a chair. Your upper body will lean forward slightly and your hips will shift backwards while going down.
3. Remember to keep your knees from going out in front of your toes while squatting. 4. Repeat according to your required repetitions. If you want to make the exercise more challenging hold your arms at your sides or behind your head.
Squat Throw (full body)
1. Stand in quarter-squat position with trunk flexed forward and ball held between legs. Arms should be slightly bent.
2. Perform underhand toss as high as you can, using the legs to explode up.Have partner catch ball on the bounce and return the ball. Athlete should catch ball after a bounce and repeat as prescribed.
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart; place left foot approximately one foot in front of right foot.
2. Hold medicine ball with both hands and arms only slightly bent.

4. Catch ball on the bounce from your partner or wall and repeat according to prescribed repetitions.
Bodyweight Forward Lunge

Keeping your torso erect fall forward and chest press the medicine ball to a partner or a wall. Upon releasing the ball drop your hands to the floor and immediately complete a push-up.
Advanced athletes: To make this more challenging have a partner throw the ball back to you.
